From our pool bar and restaurant you can enjoy fantastic views of the sea and the islands of Naxos and Ios, with a glass of local wine (from Paros or other select regions of Greece), or a glass of ouzo, or even a delicious cocktail whipped up by our skilled bar staff.
Try Roula’s famous moussaka, our Cretan ‘dakos’ salad (barley rusks topped with chopped fresh tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese and olives, dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar), ‘saganaki’ (skillet-cooked Greek cheese), ‘melitzanes sto fourno’ (oven-roasted egg-plant with feta cheese and fresh tomatoes), or try the Philoxenia Platter (a variety of Greek ‘mezes’ (appetizers). Everything is made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, including our olive oil.
